Helppp My sister is giving up herself desperately?

I don't understand her. She is stupid but not really stupid, she is not bright but can not call her dumb. She graduated from school with bachelor about 7 months; however, she gave up her hope to find a job. Her husband works full time, she didn't depend on him, because she had some assets like 3 cars and she sold all to get extra. Now her money is almost running out and she still doesn't know what to do in her life. She withdrew social with most of her friends. She doesn't want to meet friends because she is afraid that they think she is a loser.
