How do i get my boyfriend to grow up?

im 18 and he's 20. we've been together for 2 1/2 years. He works as a waiter for about 5 hours a day for 4 days a week. He's also in a theatre production and practice is 5 times a week and practice starts at 6 and ends at 10. the only days he's really free is on saturday and he recently wanted to spend those days with me AND his friends from his high school years. i want him to move on from high school like i have. Oh and he's addicted to videogames so the little bits of time i get to spend with him always ends in him playing games. How do i get him to stop hanging out with his stupid friends and stop the videogames? i don't want to breakup since im going to the same college as him and i'll see him alot there. and i still love hiim. i just need some advice on what to do with him.
