Withdrawing from bank and sending money to bank at the same time, though paypal?

so i purchased an item of ebay and i realised that i didnt have enough in my account so while money was being withdrawn from my bank, that would take 5-7 days, i sent money to the account that would take 2-3 days, would this work, and if not what will happen. thank you im kinda new to this stuff
