How long to you have to be living in a state before a school considers your tuition in-state?

I currently live in Arkansas but am moving to Alabama in July. So in August, I'll get my license and stuff changed to an Alabama resident. I want to attend college at Faulkner State starting in January 2012. Will I be considered in-state or out-of-state for tuition?
