How often should byfriends and girlfriends see eachother?

so its summer and i usedc to see my guy everyday at school. my question is:" should we see eachother everyday, everyother day, every weekend, or once in a while over the summer? he has other friends and is always hanging out with them (ex. hiking, camping, videogames....thats what he usually does with them). i havent seen him in almost 2 weeks. i miss him, but he's always busy :(
