Mania - Spending control?

So today I spent �60 trying to win one of those giant teddys at the fiar and the only reason I stopped is that my card stopped letting me withdraw money . . . All my friend swere callling me odd and crazy but I can't see - thats why I am asking this question, I know I have schizoaffective disorder so I am wondering if maybe I should contact someone, or is it normal?? Help appreciated! X
