What to do with middle age boredom?

I am in my early 40's and find life to be boring. I work constantly and come home to boring. My husband is also in his 40's and plays videogames all day. It is depressing and provides little companionship. My work if exhausting and completely unfulfilling. So what does a person do in middle age with kids still at home? I am bored with my work, marriage, sex life, you name it.
